So far In Mrs. Fritz's class we went on A Pod and we used the iPod to help us do our research. The ENO board was mounted on the wall, with a wall mounted short throw (close-up) projector. Today we got to try the ENO mini's for the first time, while we worked on our team Animal Research Wiki:

We are on Spring break next week, and when we come back, we will be using our netbooks and iPods every day in class.

This week, we set up the second netbook cart, and received the ENO board on the mobile stand. The first stand was shipped with some wrong parts, so we had to take it apart and wait for new parts. The stand is now set up in Ms. Connolly's room. We also have a brand new desktop in Ms. Fritz's room, so we will be able to create movies and otehr multimedia projects. The old computer went to the library to add to their reference computers!

This afternoon, thanks to Mrs. Hodsdon, and Ms. Fritz 15 teachers gathered after school to learn more about the basics of using their iPod touch! They learned how to turn the device on and off, how to join the device to the wireless network and to look for "bars" to make sure they had good coverage. They learned how to "authenticate" using our iPrism filter. Then they learned how to get to the app store to download apps!
Now they are ready for SESSION 2!
This is why we appreciate our teachers-who continue to learn, every day.
